We are looking for a warm, driven, and empathetic Case Manager to join our team and help us transform lives.

As a Case Manager, you will be a vital part of someone's journey. You will work closely with participants in the Workforce Australia program to understand their unique needs, celebrate their successes, and help them overcome barriers to sustainable employment.

About us:

Training Alliance Group (TAG) is a leading provider of employment services and vocational education in Western Australia, including managing two RTOs - Australian Business and Vocational Training and Mining Transport and Construction Services. TAG is committed to providing quality education and training, and creating meaningful employment outcomes for individuals, with a strong focus on inclusion and support for people with disability.

The organisation currently manages government contracts including Workforce Australia, Employability Skills Training, Self Employment Assistance, Transition to Work and Parent Pathways as well as delivering youth services, First Nations and social inclusion initiatives.

What you will do:

* Empower & Engage: You will be the person who guides, supports, and motivates individuals to take charge of their future.
* Plan for Success: Conduct in-depth assessments and work collaboratively to create personalised Workforce Australia Plans.
* Connect & Create: Master the art of matching participants with the right jobs or training programs. You will be a proactive force, reaching out to potential employers and creating new opportunities.
* Build Relationships: You will build meaningful partnerships with businesses and organisations to identify new employment pathways.
* Ensure Compliance: Keep meticulous records and ensure all processes are compliant with program requirements.
* Provide Ongoing Support: Your commitment extends beyond the initial placement, offering continued support to ensure long-term success.

Who we are looking for:

You are a compassionate yet results-oriented professional with a genuine desire to help others. You are a great listener and a clear communicator, with the following skills:

* You are an excellent assessor, with a keen ability to understand an individual's strengths and barriers.
* You are a people person, able to build trust and rapport with job seekers from diverse backgrounds.
* You are driven by results and manage your time effectively to meet goals.
* You are a strong writer, whether you are creating case notes or reports.
* You are comfortable with technology and daily administrative tasks.
* You bring a positive attitude and flexibility to your work.

What you will bring:

* Previous experience in Employment services or advocacy role.
* You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a satisfactory National Police Check and a current Working With Children Check.
* Previous experience in Community services/Employment services/training/education roles
* A qualification (or working towards one) in Employment Services, Community Services, Social Sciences and Psychology.
