The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in the accounting practice. Your responsibilities will include:
* General accounts analysis and preparing financial statements.
* Dealing with client queries effectively and professionally.
* Maintaining accurate records and updating our client's accounting software.
* Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and efficiency.
* Assisting in the preparation of reports for management.
This is a part-time role offering flexible hours that can accommodate your schedule. You'll be expected to work between 12 to 16 hours a week, with the flexibility to choose your hours anytime between 9am to 5pm - Ideal for those balancing school runs or other commitments.
The Ideal Candidate
They are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience working in accounts.
* Is ideally working towards an AAT or equivalent qualification.
* Possesses excellent communication skills, particularly in liaising with clients.
* Is detail-focused and able to work with precision.
* Can manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks.
* Is a team player, contributing positively to their collaborative environment.
