Job Title: CRM Specialist
Description: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to partner with our partnerships team in driving Lyka's presence within the veterinary, breeder and pet expert community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and developing Lyka's partnerships CRM (HubSpot)
* Identifying opportunities to improve workflows
* Owning segmentation and data architecture
* Supporting the rollout of new HubSpot features
* Designing and documenting CRM best practices, templates and standardised processes for use across teams
* Performing analysis of sales trends and performance
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, partner operations or CRM role within a B2B or B2B2C environment, with prior experience with a comprehensive SaaS sales or partnerships tech stack. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with CRM platforms and ability to transform large data sets into meaningful insights.
