Mullins' Queensland Branch, based in Acacia Ridge is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Internal Salesperson/Store person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills and be willing to assist in the warehouse when required. Key Responsibilities:
* Work as a team player and become an important team member.
* Processing phone sales orders & providing excellent service to clients.
* Ability to promptly interpret & provide technical vehicle and wheel fitment info to clients.
* Assist the external Sales rep with quotations, pricing, orders, and customer queries.
* Be willing to assist with store duties and the dispatch of daily orders.
* Be responsible for some of the logistic operations of the store.
Salary Range:
For this internal sales position we are offering a gross salary of between $60,000 to $75,000 per annum, dependent on your suitability for the role & prior experience.
The Ideal Candidate: Experience in automotive parts, accessories and wheel / tyre or associated industry is highly preferred. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be customer service focused to provide technical sales and customer support, ensuring that we remain the supplier of choice among our clients. Specific in-house training relative to the wheel industry will be provided. A Forklift license is preferred but not essential. Remuneration will be based on your level of suitability and experience.
