We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Officer to join our Fitzroy Macadamia Operations team. Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is integral to the smooth and efficient running of our site administrative, finance, WHS, and HR support functions.
In this varied role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support while also assisting with the coordination of key processes across the business. Your responsibilities will include data entry, purchase orders and invoicing, supporting WHS and HR documentation and compliance activities, coordinating staff and contractor inductions, managing office operations, and acting as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Working closely with the administration team and broader site teams, you will play an important role in ensuring systems, processes, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and aligned with company and legislative requirements. Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and communicate effectively will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities
* Administration including invoicing and general administration tasks
* Providing assistance with all WHS and HR documentation, including completion of policies and procedures, review of documentation, maintenance of registers, onboarding of staff and contractors, and drafting of materials as required
* Coordinating and delivery of inductions
* Ordering uniforms and office supplies
* Handling general office tasks including handling email and phone queries
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and contractors
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and relevant software
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
