Role Purpose
We are looking for passionate, experienced, and outstanding Food & Beverage experts to join Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle. All positions report to the Venue Managers, working in collaboration with a well-established and dynamic food and beverage team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the role include:
* Connect naturally with people from around the globe
* Demonstrate experience in cocktail and wine service
* Show absolute passion for your chosen trade
* Offer savvy beverage suggestions to impress guestsProvide insight into best spirits, wines and cocktails to suit the palette or mood
* Have knowledge of great cocktails and local ingredients
* Take initiative to learn more and contribute to the best service-reputation in town
* Demonstrate interest in hospitality and service industry through study or experience in customer service
* Hold a current valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Card
