**Administrative Support Position**
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced School Officer to provide administrative support to our Corporate Services Team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong communication skills. They will also have experience in using databases, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
**Key Accountabilities:**
* To assist in the administration and management of financial and human resources, including preparing financial returns, reconciliations, and handling debtors and creditors.
* To provide administrative support to the Manager of Corporate Services, including maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
* To maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
**Selection Criteria:**
* Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and/or preparing financial returns.
* Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
