CHEF / SECOND-YEAR APPRENTICE CHEF
What You'll Do
* Prepare and cook dishes to menu standards
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
* Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements
* Work efficiently during busy periods
* Support a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Reliable, motivated, and committed to high standards
* Valid working rights in Australia

KITCHEN HAND
What You'll Do
* Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment
* Assist with basic food prep (chopping, prepping ingredients)
* Keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organised
* Ensure the kitchen is stocked and ready for service
* Follow all hygiene and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
* No experience required — full training provided
* Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Must have valid Australian work rights
