Business development isn't about sitting behind a desk waiting for opportunities to arrive. Seadan Brooklyn Park is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our customer base across South Australia. You'll spend most of your time in front of customers, identifying opportunities, solving problems and developing long-term relationships. You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory, build your pipeline and make a genuine impact on the branch's growth. About the Role Develop new business opportunities across South Australia Build relationships with installers, integrators and trade customers Manage your pipeline from prospecting through to sale Work closely with the branch team to deliver outstanding service Represent Seadan in the market About You You'll be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. Previous experience in business development, external sales, wholesale, electrical, security, industrial or trade-related industries will be highly regarded, although we're open to people who can demonstrate the right attitude and commercial mindset.
