As the first point of contact, your role as the Receptionist/Office Administrator is pivotal in establishing this relationship and creating that first impression to our customers.
You will be responsible for the upkeep and efficient running of our Reception and other common areas within the facility. Not one day will be the same for you as you will be provided with an opportunity to work along with various departments to assist them in their day to day administrative tasks.
You will also be accountable for all facilities maintenance and contractor management. This will include sourcing new contractors for various site maintenance, reviewing and negotiating contracts and record keeping as per company and local legislative requirements. You will be the focal point of contact for all contractors on site plus be responsible to ensure all internal processes are completed in a timely manner; e.g. vendor account setup, PO creation, invoice approval and dispute resolution. You will oversee all work conducted by contractors ensuring H&S procedures are implemented and work is also completed as per the contractual obligations and identify gaps/ issues periodically to management.
Key skills, competency and experience
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Highly developed skills in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Vibrant, energetic personality with a high degree of professionalism.
- Knowledge or basic understanding of H&S requirements.
- Meticulous attention to detail, impeccable organisational and time management skills.
- A flexible approach to tasks with the capability of multi-tasking.
- The ability to build rapport and communicate with people at different levels.

This role is available for an immediate start for a 6 months contract.
Full time hours, Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 4:00pm
