Job Title: Customer Support Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building client and domain knowledge, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
* Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
* Ensure adherence to client SLAs like Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, handle Time & Customer Effort
* Adhere to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies
* Execute issue/query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up
* Identify, share and support operational improvements
Requirements:
* High School (Year 9-11) preferred
