As the Procurement Manager – Strategy & Operations (Asia Pacific), you'll lead the strategic and operational delivery of procurement across the division. Reporting to the Finance Director – Corporate Services, you'll ensure procurement activities are aligned to business priorities, optimised for value, and underpinned by strong governance and risk management.
This is a senior leadership role where you'll partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Service Lines, providing trusted advice, driving category strategy, and building a high-performing procurement function that supports growth, bids, and long-term service delivery.
As a Procurement Manager, you'll make a positive impact by:
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing procurement team
Defining and delivering a forward-looking APAC Procurement Plan
Building strong, trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders
Educating stakeholders on procurement strategy, governance, and best practice
Ensuring alignment with regional category and sourcing strategies
Providing governance and oversight of sourcing and procurement projects
Supporting bid responses and business transitions with commercial insight
Overseeing buying support and purchase-to-pay operations
Identifying and managing supplier and category risk across the division
Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives

Proven leadership experience in large, complex procurement environments
Strong commercial and business acumen with a strategic mindset
Demonstrated success delivering category strategies, savings, and continuous improvement
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating as a trusted advisor
Strong planning, analytical, and fact-based decision-making skills
Resilience, credibility, and confidence leading change
Experience in strategic procurement, supplier risk management, and operations delivery
MCIPS or similar professional qualification (desirable, not essential)
