* Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise clinicians, conduct case reviews, and lead various meetings relating to intake and client management
* Guide and support evidence-based practices within the team
* Oversee key partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships
* Train and mentor new clinicians
* Collaborate on strategic initiatives with operations teams
* Maintain oversight of service KPIs and reporting
Requirements:
* Approved tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (such as Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nursing or Occupational Therapy), and provisional or full membership with professional bodies
* Driver's Licence
