Web Developer Sydney | Hybrid (2–3 days in office) $100,000–$120,000 super I am working with a fast-growing player in the electric vehicle charging space, designing smart charging solutions for homes, businesses, and large-scale deployments across ANZ. They combine hardware, software, and energy insight to make EV charging simple, reliable, and scalable. With a strong product reputation, excellent customer reviews, and rapid local growth, they’re now focused on strengthening their digital presence to match the quality of what they build. The role You’ll own all customer-facing web experiences across: Webflow (primary platform) Shopify (store and related journeys) Legacy WordPress (currently transitioning out) This role sits within the marketing team and works closely with growth, content, and partnerships. You won’t be supporting the app or internal systems this is about the website as a conversion and education engine. Key focus areas include: Building and maintaining high-quality Webflow pages and components Optimising the Shopify experience and integrations Improving UX across the full customer journey Delivering technical SEO improvements that actually move the needle Building interactive tools (calculators, widgets, comparison tools) Taking ownership of web performance, structure, and best practice What they’re looking for 5–10 years’ experience in front-end or web development Strong hands-on experience with Webflow and Shopify Solid UX judgement Confident with technical SEO and site structure Comfortable working autonomously and spotting what needs fixing Agency or fast-growth background works well here This role suits someone who likes responsibility, momentum, and being trusted to run their lane.
