**About the role**
The Service Transformation Lead is to drive service improvement through managing the systems and processes and implementing operational metrics to improve and drive performance and resource optimisation. This role will contribute to the end to end process improvement to the departments tier 0 to tier 3 service lines.
- Responsibilities:_
- Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good.
- Drive robotic and system automation to standardise customer centric service lines to have a measurable impact.
- Develop strategies for the continuous monitoring, evaluation and improvement of all aspects of project implementation.
- Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management, whilst fostering and sustaining strategic partnerships across teams.
- Work with different departments to shape and develop different platforms and management systems
**About you**
- 5+ years' experience as Project Manager
- Demonstrated track record in delivering large-scale service improvement projects.
- Demonstrated understanding of different technology platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
