**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced NDIS Administration Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the flexibility to work a total of 15 hours per week spread across 2 or 3 days per week. This hybrid role lets you enjoy working from home, but we'll need you to be in the office on Tuesdays.
This role works collaboratively with the Cality Care team to identify, create & monitor all NDIS clients financial and operational agreements. This role will have strong ties with the finance team as well as the Care Coordinators ensuring excellent client management, database management and ensuring quality assurance/compliance. Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
A strong knowledge of the NDIS, individualised funding, and person-centred approaches for people with a disability
High level of experience using Excel
Experience using Government portal (PRODA),
Experience with software programs such as Microsoft package and the NDIA portal
High level written and verbal communication skills
Initiative and attention to detail
Ability to meet reporting deadlines
Ensures accurate regular and timely data entry of all relevant information into the CRM system
**About you**:
You will;
Be passionate about helping others and ideally have experience in a similar role
Have experience creating and updating service bookings (internally and within the NDIS portal)
Have experience creating and monitoring Participant's budgets according to their NDIS plan
Have experience attending NDIS Review and Planning Meetings and collating required documents
Posse skills and knowledge in bookkeeping, invoicing, and aged receivables
Be highly organised and be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Be able to communicate and build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
Be competent in using technology and Microsoft Office Suite
Good with numbers and have a high attention to detail
Be able to quickly resolve problems and find solutions for unique challenges
Diploma in Commerce/Finance; or Certificate IV in Business - highly desirable
