The store can get busy, so being able to multi task, and being able to exceed customer expectations is essential. Our systems encourage and require teamwork in all areas of store operation.
We will provide additional training in sales and service skills, but a positive engaging personality is a must!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager with setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including customer experience, workplace culture, and financial results.
Candidates must have leadership or supervisory experience to effectively assist Restaurant Managers with setting the highest standards across all restaurant operations.
You’ll be part of a team that serves fresh, Mexican inspired food that is making a difference, one burrito or bowl at a time. We’re all one team, so regardless how you roll with us, you’ll get involved in all things Feel Good Mex.
You’ll be smashing fresh guac and making bowls, burritos, tacos and quesadillas in front of our customers, real time. You’ll also keep the restaurant clean and make fresh ingredients from scratch. Time will fly working with us, you’ll build customer service and food handling skills, and learn how to be a great team mate too.
