Job Opportunity
This role is a senior sales professional responsible for expanding sales within the SEA & ANZ territory by selling comprehensive solutions and driving business growth.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and develop tailored strategies to meet their needs.
* Lead and manage a local sales team, focusing on building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving team performance.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to generate sufficient pipeline for inside and field sales teams.
* Establish and track annual bookings goals for direct reports, as well as quarterly metrics.
* Develop individual development plans for direct reports, focusing on skill enhancement and career growth.
* Drive initiatives and campaigns to help sales representatives build sufficient pipeline to achieve quarterly targets.
* Create quarterly plans, goals, and strategies for both the region and direct reports, adjusting as needed in response to opportunities or challenges.
* Build and maintain high-level relationships with Apple executives, resellers, managed service providers, and integrators in the region.
* Develop expertise and foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts, increasing Jamf's mindshare and gaining a strategic position within all accounts.
* Presume near-term and long-term solutions within Jamf's Apple Enterprise Management strategy to meet customer objectives.
* Structure and negotiate sales and legal agreements with clients.
* Provide guidance and coaching for the team to create sales and account plans that drive over-achievement results.
* Accurately forecast business on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the Senior Sales Director of APAC.
* Implement high standards of hygiene to document and manage sales activities.
* Sell within a competitive landscape and stay up-to-date on competitive technologies.
* Support APAC Sales leadership in Global/APAC-wide GTM initiatives and process improvements.
* Act as a mentor and go-to person for other Regional Sales Managers across APAC.
Requirements:
* Required Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales management, knowledge of Apple products and services, ability to travel within the region.
