Position: Administration Assistant
Based in Parramatta, this role supports the General Manager NSW Workers Compensation with administrative and reception duties, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Provide reception and administrative support for the branch
* Represent GB as the front of house, ensuring security compliance
* Maintain office facilities, handle mail, and coordinate with vendors
* Organize branch events, including communications and catering
* Manage office communications, including emails and updates
* Prepare presentations for national meetings
* Handle incoming correspondence
* Assist with work, health, and safety initiatives
* Collaborate with administrative and executive teams
* Participate in projects and provide general support
About You
* Experience in administration or reception roles
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Effective communication skills across all levels
* Enthusiastic team player
