As Adore Beauty continues to grow, we're on the lookout for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to help lead our established Broadway store.

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and leading the team on the shop floor. You'll help drive performance, build a positive team culture and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and cared for.
What you'll be doing:
* Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team
* Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Assist with day-to-day store operations, including stock, VM and sales performance
* Coach and motivate team members to reach individual and store goals
* Partner with HQ to support campaigns, launches and activations
* Champion a safe, inclusive and values-led environment
About you:
* Proven experience in a retail leadership or senior sales role (beauty or fashion highly regarded)
* Confident, hands-on leadership styles
* Strong understanding of customer service, stock and sales performance
* Energetic, empathetic and solutions-focused
