Associate Director, Sales
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Director to lead our sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Description
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
* Built strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in life science, business or marketing.
* Typically requires significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry in sales, marketing or commercial excellence roles, including 2 years or more of experience in sales management and/or sales learning and development/coaching roles, and 2 years of supervisory/management experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
