Skills and Experience
* Experience driving agitator concrete trucks (extremely desirable) or HR/HC experience
* Current HR and HC driver's license, (Must be able to produce updated driving record)
* A White Card - work safely in the construction industry
* Must be fit for heavy lifting (eg AGI slides/shoots)
* Reliable and able to work in team environment, with a hands-on approach to all tasks including yard and maintenance duties
Key Duties
* Effective and safe transport and delivery of concrete
* Willingness to learn
* Managing slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete
* Comply with relevant delivery standards, road rules and regulations, legislative requirements and company policies and procedures
* Inspect and maintain vehicles (including cleaning of trucks) and report any safety issues, defaults and problems
* Efficient and accurate record-keeping and communication
