Contribute by bringing your entrepreneurial spirit and boutique/mid-tier experience to a contemporary-day law firm. You will have only 5.5 billables per day, with a bonus of 30% above budget.
As a Corporate/Commercial lawyer at Associate level, you will provide general commercial advice to well-known Australian retailers, including major fashion brands. Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing National Retailers, restaurant chains, and hospitality venues
- Acting for family-owned businesses as a trusted advisor
You will also be involved in Mergers and Acquisitions, acting for mining companies on negotiation of high-value minerals export contracts, and major commercial negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years' PAE and experience in a boutique or mid-tier law firm.
