Our client is a large government department, seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join the team on an initial four-month contract with extension options for a further 2 x 12 months. This role will be based in Carseldine with flexible work from home.
**The day to day duties of this role include**:
- Development of new service plans;
- Redevelopment of lapsed service plans;
- Scheduled service reviews of existing service plans;
- Scheduled monitoring and reporting of ITB performance against service plans;
- Other duties as required;
- The role may have quarterly Key Performance Indicators to maintain; and
- Current and varied experience across public and private sector is highly desirable.
**Required attributes**:
- Stakeholder engagement;
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills;
- Experience in ITIL Service Design and Service Level Management practices; and
- ITIL 3 and / or ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate
