About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organised Service Scheduler to join our busy Campbellfield-based service centre.
In this newly established position, you'll play a key role in supporting our aftersales operations by keeping our field service technicians on the road and ensuring customers receive timely, efficient support.Working closely with the Service Supervisor, Service Advisors, and a team of 8–9 field technicians, you will:Develop and maintain daily and weekly service schedulesAllocate jobs based on technician availability, skill set, and parts availabilityBook travel and accommodation for technicians servicing TasmaniaCoordinate with suppliers, service centers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service deliveryMaintain accurate records and scheduling data in our ERP system (Dynamics 365)Adjust schedules in real time to manage urgent jobs or breakdownsContribute to improving scheduling processes and service efficiencyAbout YouYou are a confident communicator who can engage both blue-collar field staff and internal stakeholders in a professional yet approachable manner.
