* Extensive experience in project delivery within the railway or transport sector.
* Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills at executive level.
* Demonstrated ability to manage risk, budgets, and project governance.
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering a portfolio of strategic projects.
