Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
This role will be Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm daily.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
* Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
* Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
* Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries
* Maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies
* Data Entry when required
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, or other as directed
Qualifications:
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Administration, Front Office Representative or similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
* Excellent organisational skills
* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
