Keppel Bay Sailing Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our hospitality team across our venues.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering high-quality service to members and guests. We are also particularly interested in applicants with barista experience with a passion for coffee.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient and professional service across food, beverage and café operations. Shifts may include weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
* Take food and beverage orders and serve promptly and accurately
* Prepare and serve coffee to a consistent standard (baristas)
* Operate POS systems and handle cash responsibly
* Assist with setting up and closing down service areas
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house areas
* Adhere to RSA, food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
About You
* Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or café role (preferred but not essential)
* Barista experience highly regarded
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
* Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends
* RSA Certificate (Nationally Accredited)
