Team Support Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Team Support Manager. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Support the broader QLD team and ensure that all centres have appropriate coverage.
* Travel around the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane regions for networking opportunities.
Requirements:
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required, however, a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
