About the Job
We are seeking a skilled
Automotive Spray Painter
to join our vehicle reconditioning team at our Pre-Delivery Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of spray painting and paint preparation to ensure vehicles meet our high-quality standards before reaching our customers.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and spray-painting vehicles to a high standard
Completing all aspects of paint preparation, including sanding, masking, and priming
Skillfully matching paint colours and measuring paint quantities
Conducting quality control inspections on completed paintwork
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Assisting with additional reconditioning tasks where required
Skills & Attributes

Keen attention to detail and precision in finishing
Teamwork and strong communication skills
Commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship
Knowledge of and adherence to Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations
