Description
Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant purchase options. Stay proactively updated on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge about Apple's offerings and assisting in providing ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance, and perform other tasks as needed, including customer support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.
Minimum Qualifications
* Availability to work based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend scheduled shifts, in line with local laws and accommodations.
