About the role
We are seeking a permanent Mechanical Trade qualified Fitter/Boilermaker to join the team at our Carrington port in Newcastle.
Your responsibilities will include broad mechanical servicing, maintenance, installations and upgrades of fixed and mobile plant and equipment, as well as assisting in shutdown management.

Responsibilities
Fault finding and repairs to mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Responding to equipment failures or breakdowns as they occur
Preparing and submitting maintenance reports as requested
Maintaining records using the SAP Maintenance platform for compliance
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate holds a relevant trade certificate in mechanical fitting, turning, boiler making or similar.
You should have proven fault-finding capabilities, be proactive, safety focused, computer literate, self-motivated, reliable, and possess strong time management and communication skills.
Experience working at heights and in confined spaces is required.
Additional qualifications are preferred but not essential.
