We're hiring: Patient Enquiries & Sales Associate
Part-time or full-time (hybrid) | Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast | $38–$42 per hour
Brilliant Bariatrics is looking for a confident, compassionate and highly organised person to join our team.
This is a relationship-driven role with a strong sales component. You'll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, managing enquiries, following up leads, building trust quickly, and helping convert enquiries into booked consultations.
We're looking for someone who is warm, polished, commercially aware, and confident handling sales conversations in a supportive and consultative way.
In this role you will
• Respond to phone and online enquiries
• Follow up new and existing leads
• Build rapport with prospective patients
• Provide clear information about our services
• Handle objections professionally and help guide clients to the next step
• Track and manage enquiries using our booking systems
• Report on enquiry activity, bookings and conversions
You'll ideally have experience in
• Enquiry conversion, sales, appointment setting or lead follow-up
• Client service or other client-facing roles
• CRM or booking systems
• Health, medical, cosmetic, allied health or specialist practice environments
