The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our team. This is a hands-on role that includes coffee making, customer service, and general café duties.
We have 2 positions available, including an opening barista role, so early morning availability is essential for some shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dialling in and preparing high-quality coffee consistently
* Working efficiently during busy service periods
* Taking orders and providing friendly customer service
* Food prep and basic kitchen support
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the café
* Opening and/or closing duties as required
What We're Looking For:
* Proven barista experience (confident on a machine during rush periods)
* Minimum of 6 months barista experience required
* Reliable and punctual – must be able to commit to scheduled shifts
* Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and team player
* Availability for early starts and weekend work
* RSA (preferred but not essential)
* Must have Australian work rights
