About the Role
Fienza is on a Journey of Digital transformation and as a result will be implementing MSD365 Finance and Operations and Customer engagement. We are seeking an individual who has strong project management and D365 technical experience to assist us with leading this project. Beyond implementation, will be ongoing maintenance and further digital advancements to make the business more efficient and effective.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· · Project manage various aspects on the implementation of MSD365 F&O and CE
· Help Design and maintain end-to-end business processes and workflows across the business, with a heavy focus on D365 F&O and CE modules
· Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, scalability, and security requirements
· Act as a trusted advisor to departments, guiding them on best practices and maximising the D365 F&O and CE capabilities.
· Understand and manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
· Ensure project tools are kept up to date including but not limited to Azure DevOps
· Configure and maintain entities, modules, workflows, business rules, and security roles within D365 F&O and CE.
· Develop and execute test cases to validate system configurations and business processes.
· Create functional design documents, process flows, and training materials for users
· Identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation, and new feature adoption
· Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development within the organisation
· Provide post-go-live support, resolving functional issues and ensuring smooth system usage
· Support change management initiatives to drive successful system adoption
· Develop and train existing System administrators in all aspects of D365 to ensure a smooth transition from our existing ERP and CRM to MSD365.
· Maximise support to the business during the changeover period and into the future.
· Develop and support functional experts across all departments
Technical Expertise:
· 3+ years of experience in MSD365 F&O and CE
· MSD365 certifications, MB-300, MB-330, MB-335, MB-700, desirable, but not a requirement
· Experience with MD365 F&O Modules, Administration, Supply Chain, Product Information, Inventory, Cost, Pricing, Advanced Warehouse, Sales & Marketing, Rebate, Procurement & Sourcing, Landed Cost, Master Planning, Transportation, Production Control (Manufacturing), Engineering Change
· Experience creating functional & technical designs
· Experience with Data Migration / Data Management and Data Entities
· Experience with Azure DevOps
· Experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence reporting environment.
· An understanding of key business transactional processes associated with ERP solutions
