We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Leader to join the team at Lorna Jane Rockhampton store.

Role Overview
The Store Leader will oversee customer experience, team development, merchandising, and daily operations to meet store targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve targets with your team Recruit, train, develop, and succession plan your team, promoting from within whenever possible Manage daily store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and housekeeping Schedule staff according to store trading hours Customer Experience: Deliver a phenomenal in-store experience and engage with the local active community through events and collaborations Innovation: Challenge the status quo, maintain an exceptional store environment through effective merchandising Success Orientation: Seek opportunities for growth in people, profitability, and processes Team Leadership: Coach and mentor your team to enhance performance and drive results Accountability: Take responsibility for store results, drive profitability through effective rostering, inventory management, and minimizing stock shrinkage Benefits & Perks
