Now we're looking for a Duty Manager to help lead that. You will report to the Venue Manager and run the Venue for a 2 or 3 days per week.
The role
You'll be the one setting the tone on the floor.
* Co-leading a team that's young, energetic, and a bit loose (in a good way)
* Keeping the vibe high while making sure service still runs tight
* Being present, hands-on, and right in the middle of it when it's busy
* Creating a team culture where people back each other and enjoy the shift
* Knowing when to push standards and when to just let the room breathe
