Randstad has partnered with an up-and-coming Engineering firm to expand their Management team with a Design Manager.The company, with founders and Engineering Leaders each having over 25 years of experience in the AUS market, has developed a strong pipeline of projects in HV infrastructure and renewable energy (BESS, Solar & Wind).Design Manager:Seeking an individual with 20+ years of market experience, including 10 years in leadership roles, with a proven track record in AUS standards and delivering HV infrastructure and renewable energy projects. The candidate should be capable of managing design processes through to handover, overseeing timelines and budgets.
