Teaching Assistant

As a
Teaching Assistant
, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers to deliver high-quality education. You will assist in creating an engaging learning environment, work with small groups of students, and provide one-on-one support to those who need it most. Your work will be instrumental in helping students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Providing one-on-one support to students with varying needs
Assisting with classroom management and organization
Preparing and maintaining teaching materials and resources
Encouraging student participation and fostering a positive learning environment
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student development
Requirements
Previous experience as a
Teaching Assistant
is preferred but not essential
A genuine passion for working with children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
A proactive and positive approach to challenges
