They are currently offering a rare and exceptional opportunity for a Senior Commercial/Retail Property Manager to become a part of their high‐performing team.
The Role
As a Centre Manager/Senior Retail Property Manager, you will take the next step in your career. You will step up into the highly sought‐after Shopping Centre sector, managing a diverse portfolio of top assets in Melbourne for key clients.
Responsibilities
- Shopping Centre Management: Attend properties regularly, maintain a visible presence, and manage tenant and owner relations effectively.
- Lease Management:
- Financial Management: Collect rents and fees, follow up on arrears, prepare budgets, reconcile accounts, and report regularly to owners.
- Insurance and Legal Compliance: Ensure insurance coverage, negotiate rating assessments, stay updated on relevant legislation, and work with legal representatives on lease matters.
- Maintenance and Improvements: Manage property maintenance, supervise contractors, ensure statutory compliance, and oversee tenancy fit‐outs.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties, assist in promotional activities, and provide reports on traffic figures.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, contribute to strategic planning, prepare paperwork for accounts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Agent's Representative Qualification or Licensed Estate Agent accreditation
