Disability Support Professional
This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are seeking skilled and experienced disability support professionals to fill multiple permanent part-time positions across our 24/7 supported residential homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing assistance with daily living activities, including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Documenting and maintaining accurate progress notes.
* Offering behavioral support and following established behavior management plans.
* Assisting with safe wheelchair transfers and transportation.
Requirements: A valid unrestricted Australian driver's license, current Provide First Aid Certificate and CPR, a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification, relevant mental health experience, and a commitment to supporting and promoting individual needs, skills, abilities, and personal goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
