The Role:

* Audience Strategy & Lifecycle Enablement
* Curate high-value audience segments aligned to banking lifecycle stages
* Partner with Marketing Managers to design audience strategies that support acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention goals

The Team:

* Marketing team at our organization

Your Impact:

* Directly impact customer engagement across key banking moments, from onboarding and retention to cross-sell and loyalty

Key Requirements:

* Experience working with Tealium AudienceStream or similar CDPs in a regulated industry, ideally banking or financial services
* Working knowledge of Customer Engagement Platforms like MoEngage, Braze, Salesforce or similar
