This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and values‐driven Executive Assistant to provide high‐level administrative and executive support to the Principal and Executive leadership. The role is the central coordination point of the Principal's office and requires professionalism, discretion and sound judgement to support effective leadership, governance and daily school operations.
Key responsibilities include managing complex term planners, correspondence and enquiries; coordinating meetings, events and school functions; providing secretariat support to school‐based committees and the School Board, which includes preparing agendas, recording minutes and tracking actions; supporting school communications and reporting through document preparation, intranet updates and data collation for reports; and securely managing records, filing systems and confidential information. Additional duties include organising school functions and providing administrative support for special projects and whole‐school initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful applicant will ideally have strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, excellent organisation and time‐management, the ability to prioritise in a fast‐paced environment, sound administrative experience, and strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Integris, Compass, SOBS, DAM, TRBWA and WWCC). Attention to detail, a collaborative approach and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders are highly desirable.
Eligibility
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start.
* Consent to a and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
