Job Description
As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and revenue growth across NSW and nationally. You will engage with employers and stakeholders to increase traineeship enrolments and develop a strong revenue pipeline by identifying opportunities with various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a robust business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
* Build strategic partnerships with key sectors, including aged care, disability, health, community services, and customer service.
* Support marketing campaigns and represent the organization at industry events, employer meetings, and government briefings.
* Monitor performance and forecast revenue, contributing to commercial reporting.
* Collaborate with the Training Facilitation and Compliance teams to ensure high-quality delivery and exceptional employer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Business development experience within an RTO or Traineeship/Apprenticeship environment.
* A strong understanding of VET funding models and government contracting requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to generate leads, convert opportunities, and exceed revenue targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* A proactive, organised, and resilient style.
* The ability to prioritise, follow through, and close business.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, HR, Education, Community Services, or a related field.
