Some key responsibilities will include:
- Analysing and verifying supporting loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements
- Data entry and filing of information
- Proactively interacting with clients via telephone to follow-up outstanding documents and information
- Assessment of living expenses
- Completing credit checks and property evaluations
- Packaging of loans and preparation of loan contracts
- Maintaining accurate records
- Contributing to continuous improvement and process enhancements
