The role
We're looking for an Economic Analyst to join our Finance Advisory and Evaluation team within Corporate Services at the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.
This is an opportunity to contribute to work that matters, helping shape decisions that impact communities across NSW. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values different perspectives, continuous learning, and sharing knowledge.
In this role, you'll apply your skills to conduct economic evaluations, cost‐benefit analyses and strategic assessments that inform government policy, programs and investments. Your work will help ensure decisions are fair, well‐informed and deliver positive outcomes for people across the state.
You'll work alongside a wide range of teams, including colleagues across the department, senior leaders, NSW Treasury and other NSW government stakeholders. Together, you'll turn data and evidence into insights that guide better outcomes for communities.
