The successful candidate will demonstrate that they:
* Plan, prepare and teach programs to achieve specific student outcomes
* Use critical reflection to improve the knowledge, learning and skills of students
* Use multiple sources of feedback on their classroom practice to inform their professional learning goals
* Show a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning within the school and the wider Seventh-day Adventist school system
* Can support and actively promote, and not undermine, the Christian-based values and ethos of the College based on the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
* Have the capacity to teach the Australian curriculum in the context of the college's Christian-based ethos
* Be able to plan for and lead daily Christian-based class devotions to students

* Bachelor of Education
* VIT Registered Teacher
