About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in the Due Diligence department. The successful candidate will have strong project management and insurance knowledge, with experience in Mergers and Acquisitions or a similar Due Diligence role.
\
The role involves working closely with colleagues to deliver reports and provide excellent client service. Key responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, performing premium calculations, and reviewing contracts and due diligence reports.
\
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent time management skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and timelines. You should also have sound oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with stakeholders (lawyers, investment banks, accounting firms, private equity firms, and corporate clients) to develop relationships and coordinate project delivery.
\
2. Perform premium calculations, report writing, and liaise with specialist brokers in financial lines, cyber, property, casualty, and workplace risk.
\
3. Review and provide advice on sale and purchase agreements, contracts, due diligence reports, risk information, and insurance policies.
\
4. Deliver superior client service by being responsive and available to meet clients' demands and sensitive timelines.
\
5. Assist the team leader with Business Development.
\
6. Tier 1 Insurance qualification or a willingness to complete it.
\
7. Excellent time management skills and ability to respond to advisory transactions.
\
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\
9. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and timelines.
\
10. Sound oral and written communication skills.
\
11. Excellent attention to detail.
\
12. Strong interpersonal skills, resolving conflicts and negotiating effectively.
\
13. Proficient in MS Office products.
\
14. Technical experience in insurance across financial lines, cyber, property, casualty, or workers' compensation for corporate or global clients.
