* Ph.D. in protein biochemistry or structural biology with an excellent publication record.
* Extensive experience in expressing and purifying large multi-subunit protein complexes and analysing them through in vitro methods.
* Experience in structural biology techniques, especially with cryo-EM. This includes sample preparation, data collection, computational analysis, and 3D structure determination of protein macromolecules.
* Cellular tomography workflows for EM analysis of cells and tissues are highly advantageous but not required.
You will be surrounded by talented colleagues and have access to state-of-the-art facilities at Adelaide Microscopy, including multiple transmission electron microscopes.
