Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor
The role of a Maintenance Supervisor is to oversee aircraft projects and coordinate the project's manpower. You will be accountable for monitoring maintenance employee technical capabilities, regulatory compliance, and hangar housekeeping.
* Supervise staff supporting project/aircraft.
* Mentor maintenance employees on technical capabilities.
A key responsibility is tracking critical project milestones to ensure timely completion. This involves coordinating with Hangar Operations Control (HOC) to identify potential delays and implement rectification plans.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will also provide support in complex parts interpretation and contribute towards creating/updating work orders efficiently,
monitoring WHS issues through Jet Aviation's Safety Management System (JetSafe),
